This data protection declaration explains the scope and purpose of the processing of personal data in the context of our online offer and the duration of the storage of personal data. With regard to the terms used, such as „processing“ or „person responsible“, we refer to the definitions in Art. 4 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU GDPR).

1. Scope

The homepage is operated on a server administered by the provider. The server is provided by IONOS SE as a technical service provider on my behalf. A contract for order data processing has been concluded for data processing in the context of hosting.

This information is technically necessary in order to display our website to you and to guarantee the stability and security of our website. The legal basis for the collection of logged personal data is Art. 6 Para. 1 Uabs. 1 lit. e EU GDPR in conjunction with Art. 6 Para. 1 Uabs. 1 lit.f EU GDPR.

For reasons of data security (clarification of unauthorized access or prevention of misuse of the website), the complete IP address of the requesting computer is recorded, saved and automatically deleted seven days after the end of the access.

4.3 When you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (your e-mail address, possibly your name and telephone number) will be saved by us in order to answer your questions or to process your request. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Uabs. 1 lit. e EU GDPR in conjunction with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Uabs. 1 lit.f EU GDPR. We delete the data that arises in this context after the storage is no longer required, or we limit the processing if there are statutory retention requirements.

5. Cookies

When you use our website, cookies are stored on your computer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive and assigned to the browser you are using and through which certain information flows to the place that sets the cookie (in this case by us).
